Financial Information

| tuition | $482 |
| site fees, food, transportation | $590 |
| TOTAL: | $1072 |
The tuition for four semester hours at SWAU during the 2004-05 year is normally $1928.
The $482 quoted is one-quarter the normal tuition charge for the four-credit course.
Currently SWAU has a policy whereby first-time students may come to campus in the summer and take one free class (usually 3 credits but possibly 4).
This applies to the summer session just prior to the student attending SWAU in the fall as a freshman; that is, for high school graduates or equivalent.
A high-school student who registers for the GEOL 240 (4 credits) during the summer between his or her junior and senior year is still eligible for the free class during the summer before attending Southwestern Adventist University in the fall semester.
Each student will need to make arrangements to register through the Records Office at SWAU and make a complete payment for the tuition charge before the
course begins.
The transportation cost includes the local transportation as well as the initial transportation from Keene, TX to the site and return.
This total of $590 is to be paid by all students receiving credit regardless of his or her transportation details.
The remainder of the total charges beyond the initial deposit should be paid by June 1.
